Chair Zumba

Yoga

Yoga provides a holistic approach to health by enhancing flexibility, balance, and clarity. Seniors at any fitness level can enjoy its calming benefits.

Tai Chi

Flow through gentle movements with Tai Chi. This class promotes better balance, flexibility, and peace of mind, while connecting you with others in a supportive group setting. 

Memory Care Fitness

Designed for inidividuals with memory impairments, these classes are tailored to boost cognitive function, physical health, and social connection.
